- This is why I believe the dx7 is an extremely underused synth. Yes it was the 80s juggernaut but this synthesiser can do so so so much more!!
The only effects used were :
Simple delay
Simple reverb
Small Chorus effect
Everything else you’re hearing is the beauty of the dx7!!

Some of the beauty of FM synthesis not so much talk about. Just sheer feelings. Something that words cannot express. I think Brian Eno utilized DX-7 in some of his early works oh so well. This simple demonstration is already haunting me. Great work man.

I hated the DX 7 but this has changed my mind a bit!
Haha I can understand that. It can be used in some seriously cheesy ways, but honestly, once you learn the system it can create some amazing sounds!
It goes like this:
1. You love the DX7
2. You hate the DX7
3. You love the DX7
So, just give it some time.
