    “Crime against tractors” 😂😂😂

The fault for the tank accident lies with the ground guide. The driver was following his hand and arm signals because he couldn't see anything. And the signal for 'stop' came way too late. And the stuff coming out from the side was engine exhaust - The reason it's white was because water from the colling system has gotten into the exhaust.
An engine fire extinguisher produces a 'bang' and a cloud of fire suppressant.
And when you load an armored vehicle (or any tracked vehicle) on a trailer the smart way to do it is to use a winch. Use a snatch block attached to a cable that's attached to the tow points on the front of the tank. The snatch block can move along this cable and will try to keep equal tension on each side. And the only way for the tension to be equal is when the tank is centered on the winch.
And this is known by just about every tank officer and NCO in the world.

You can clearly see that the sement truck is too heavy. The tiers look like they have too little air. But it's just the weight crushing the tires 😁

Should be able to see the difference between 22 tonnes and 6 tonnes of counterweights, that's what prechecks are for. Hardly seems reasonable to blame computer on first crane one.

In that last clip- look at the tyres of the Truck. As a former Class 1 Hgv Driver, and Instructor, I can see that the Concrete Mixer is way over it's maximum weight. It should only carry just under 20 metric tonnes ( about 44000 pounds for the peole who live in the dark ages) I suspect that the truck is at least 50%, ie 10 metric tones (or 22000 pounds if you failed Maths) Over weight, so no wonder it broke the surface. Stupidity reigns supreme when money is the driving force instead of the actual Driver. something that seems endemic in developing countries.

With the tank, it's 100% a wide open throttle situation, you can hear the engine winding up and see the tracks spinning super fast as shes going over. Not to mention that what tou see while shes upside down is increasing high throttle exhaust from an engine with the oil pan on top, haha. Fire suppression envelops the components its nozzles point at and decreases in pressure over the duration of release, with the suppression agent generally clouding around the whole machine. It doesnt blow out and away from the fire its trying to knock down at a constant or increasing pressure.
And you taste it for days afterwards.

That 2nd clip, when the driver felt the truck start coming up, I just don't know why they just don't set the object back down and work on a different angle with more weight.

The operator/driver wouldn't be in the cab during the lift. He would be operating the crane and was very likely distracted by looking down at the load he was handling.

I don't understand why in the 1st clip the guy recording didn't tell the crane opperator to stop before it tipped, he had plenty of time to record it 😮

He was too busy recording it. The first thing people seem to do these days is film the event, never mind saving someone or something. Got to get those views and likes, after all.

Where are the safety inspectors in these construction sites? Why not carry an emergency whistle from elementary school to blow when there’s no go moments in these fail videos?
