Truly living high for a 24 year old young man. It’s honestly endearing how excited he is about this space.

I read some negative comments, and i can't figure out why anyone would say their sure he didnt wash his sheets or pillow cases, this young brother is living his life in anither country half way around the world...Bravo to you young man!!!
People who do such things are living in misery. They want likes and they want people like them to comment. It's sad.
I knew before I read any comments, that there would be at least one person who couldn’t stand to see a good dude live his life.
NGL it does look hood af
@shlomovenezia101 so what? That's all you have to say. We call that hating, and it doesn't look no worse than anywhere else. Besides, who cares as long as he's happy
Haters gone hate
For 167$ you have everything. You even have a view of the ocean.? Awesome apartment.

The situation down there is bad
What an awesome experience at 24 years old!!! Bless you, enjoy stay safe and enjoy!!!

I love that there's lots of marble floors. Easy to clean and keeps bugs and dust mites out. We're being robbed over here in the states. You don't know until you travel outside of this matrix. I probably would have melted in the heat. Thank you for sharing this information.
There are so many countries that offer a much better bang for your buck than the usa. I am sure there is one that has a weather pattern you perfer. Thanks for the comment
The marble floors help keep it cool. It doesn't heat up like other materials.

I agree!
it really is.
This is a lovely apartment for only $167.00 per month. I would absolutely LOVE to live in Egypt, but it is absolutely too hot for me. I like cold weather. Thanks for sharing your home with us. 👍🏽👍🏽
Exactly. Plus they are very very hostile to Christians.
It's only hot in summer, it's really crazy cold in winter
Me too
same im a brotha tha likes cool to cold weather.
I love the life you've carved out for yourself. Very inspiring. I appreciate you showing us that a different life is possible other than a regular 9-5 in the US. I respect your courage and sense of adventure. Stay safe.
All praises to the Most High I enjoy the life I live to. thanks for the comment.
The smaller shower next to the toilet is a bidet. Used instead of tissue paper so you basically wash your Netherlands after finishing your toilet job instead of wiping with toilet paper.. its more hygienic. Muslim families without a bidet generally use a bucket and small jug so you put water in the jug and clean the Netherlands
US needs to see this. They go up every year on rent and some are paying $2,500+ for two bedroom apartments in regular cities.
That is so crazy to me I get a whole year for less than that price.
i pay that much for my ONE bedroom 😭
How about this,, affordable or senior citizens,,rent just went up,,Orange county NC
I sure wish Immigrants leave America and just go to Egypt.
$1,000 for a studio. Bed, sink, fridge... type shhh... 🫠

I agree! No need to create debt.
It's important when moving into a furnished apartment to wash down the cabinets, shelves, stove, and fridge. It's also important to purchase a new mattress, pillows, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, sheets and sofa covers for hygiene and health purposes. Abundant blessings on your journey.
I promise you he did none of that. I shivered when I saw that blue sofa. I would NEVER sit on it.
OMG.
I did too. I would NEVER sit on that sofa either.

God Bless
You are living your best life. I like to do the same at 69. I haven't done hardly any traveling. I can count on one had the places I travel outside the US. Watching CZcams makes me feel like I haven't really been anywhere. My children and grandkids have traveled more in their short lifetime.
I so proud and happy they have the opportunity to begin their travels at a very young age also. Mostly because of their careers, which began there love of traveling. Had lunch with my only granddaughter just yesterday she tells me she's going move to New York. And I encouraged her to go for it! She's already tired of the the same old 9 to 5 some old same old rut!! She asked me this question. Nana have you ever wanted to just move somewhere different? I told her Yes I have for a long time. Circumstances have always gotten in the way? I really don't have much of an excuse anymore. This country dosen't CARE about people of color and the senior citizens. The high cost of living here is absolutely outrageous. Young men I'm proud of what your doing! Setting and example at what most of us should be doing is getting the hell out of the United States before we all end up on the streets are pretty close to it.
I will Like and I will Subscribe to your channel so you can continue putting out the videos and teach us how we can do what you're doing. Leaving no stone unturned so we can feel comfortable about moving to another country without regrets.
Stay safe 🙏🏽🙇🏾♀️☺❤

❤ Living in the U.S. has left so many people broke, strapped by debt and with nothing to show for it. It's never to late for an adventure...maybe you can take one with one of your grandkids.

My son in Atlanta has to have a fob to enter his building and get on the elevator. Then a code to open the door.
This is truly inspiring! I am incredibly motivated to explore what other countries, like Egypt, have to offer. The USA no longer feels like the right place for me. The high cost of living, coupled with the stress of the "rat race," has diminished the quality of life.
No Limit Eddie, you are a true inspiration. At a young age, you bravely chose a non-traditional path, forging your own way instead of following the conventional American route of going to college, incurring debt, and working tirelessly to pay it off, only to end up in a never-ending cycle. You are genuinely living the dream, and it is evident that you are happy.
I am sincerely happy for you, brother. In the next three years, I plan to follow in your footsteps, as America now seems more like a land of stress, debt, and diminishing morale.
Take care, my friend. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. Continue to inspire!
Yo Yo whats going on man. Feel like I had not seen your comments in a little while. But yeah you can do it. All you need is a stream in income that cover all your living expenses + some extra to store away and you are good to go.

I totally agree. What an inspiration for us all. Loved this video ❤
167 is expensive to Egyptians and people told me Egypt isn’t safe for woman
Egypt 🇪🇬 has the same temperatures as Phoenix, Arizona where i live. My small newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment with a stackable washer & dryer is $1,228 a month plus $400 a month for my bills like electricity water garbage gas wifi. So in total i pay $1,657 a month very expensive in my opinion. But i gotta live somewhere and can't find anything cheaper than that in Phoenix. We have 4 pools and exercise room. I plan on moving to a bigger 2 bedroom apartment here in the same apartment complex for $100 more a month but not until my lease is up. Back in 2019 and before 2019 average rent in Phoenix, Arizona was $800 a month with all utilities included pretty much everywhere here for a 1 bedroom apartment that was until covid hit in 2020. Then everything sky rocketed!
wow that is an insane price increase man.
So is you rent in US dollars?
Having the Red Sea right there in view is the most Amazing.. wow, just Wow!
All praises to TMH. Very grateful for the life I get to live

What’s up young brother. I’m in Atlanta and I’d say that’s a go . I don’t know the circumstances of the environment but you can’t beat that monthly rent. I’m basically paying a year and a half’s rent monthly that’s a huge difference but I salute you and admire what you’re doing. Keep going , it’s great to see a positive young man doing his thing. 🫡 👊🏾respect to you and yours
Man the price discrepancy is insane
You should live outside of Atlanta. It's cheaper. Central Georgia is cheap $500-$800 a month for an apartment. In small cities like Macon and Warner Robin's, and Dublin.
DONT move to Egypt because outsiders are going to make Egypt expensive
the sprayer is considered a bidet it to clean yourself because normally they do not have toilet paper or its extremely expensive. Most of all Europe have bidets or a watering can
It is and it isn't. People are afraid to learn the Muslim culture. However they are about cleanliness. You wmust wash all parts of the body that can create shall I say smelly or un clean things. As you may have heard, cleanliness is next to Godliness... But Allah for Muslims and majorityof lands in Africa....
@@ms.wright715 I can also agree on this as well.
My hubby & I were in Egypt for 11 days in Sept of 2022. Our last stop was at a resort on the Red Sea in Hurghada, which is about 30 mins from El Gouna. We were curious about the cost of living and what a place might look like. Thank you for sharing your world!🥰
Thanks for watching hope you had a great time here
All middle eastern countries have marble or some kind concrete floor because the marble is cooling to the feet to walk on and they placed plenty of beautiful carpets.
You are so correct no limit Eddie the rent amount alone Per month versus the USA’S rent makes me want to move to Egypt
Well in that case check out my relocation guide

DONT move to Egypt because outsiders are going to make Egypt expensive and 167 is expensive to Egyptians
That apartment is a great bargain. I loved the balcony although its kinda slim for sitting outside. And I love the sliding doors on the wardrobes.
Omg, Hi Eddie,
I have not seen you in years I was wondering were you still on CZcams. It's really good to see your still here. Hope all is well
Hey hey... Yep still here never left the tube. Glad you are back
So proud of you and your sister that you both are living your lives to the fullest . Keep on young man ,and your 0:36 parents must be so proud of you ! Thanks for sharing and I just subscribed to both your channels
Living the dream!!!
It is a bidet sprayer. Instead of having a seat styled built-in bidet, this is just as good, and I like it better because you can easily clean it after using it. It is better than using toilet tissue!
Toilet paper is expensive
The sprayer is a bode to clean up after each laboratory use instead of toilet paper
wow good to know.
Man I hated that they didn’t use toilet paper. That was probably my number one next to the cockroaches.
Americans about to be flocking to Egypt. I like how they don't put carpets in the apartment. It never makes sense to me why in the US, all apartments have like mandatory carpet. I can't keep the rugs clean because they are all this light beige color. when I peel back the area rugs, there is a line where the clean carpet is under the rug and the dirty rug is. Its such a chore to run the carpet cleaner every couple of weeks. Plus the carpet will never be as clean as the protected carpet underneath.
That is a pretty sweet place for a really great price. I'm amazed there's a four burner gas stove, that's dope. I live in a place in Hanoi about twice this size and twice this price but almost every unit I've ever seen here just has an induction stove with 3 burners max! I'm kind of loving this style of furniture and all the random blankets and plates they left you, too, it reminds me of a couple of months I spent in an apartment in a village in Azerbaijan for some reason. A little quaint but kind of charming too.
You seem well travelled man
@@nleddie I guess but it's been the past 8 years in Hanoi with a few trips back home to Amsterdam! I work so much I don't even travel in Vietnam 😂

Yeah i have ton of videos in and about the country on my page. Cool channel as well man.
Hi! I took a trip to Jakarta Indonesia and the apt I stayed in while there had the same spray nozzle in the bathroom. It the "cheap" version of a bidet. Being American and not being used to the system I got it down pretty good, but intent is to clean one's backside after the bathroom. I was told part of it was they sewage systems are not like American handling lots of paper. In Indonesia paper was more for drying oneself. The hardest part for myself were locations with the traditional style of a tiled floor area and a hole in the middle and you were supposed to squat-yea right, I'm a little heavy and not very agile, quite the experience. Thank you for the tour and information, looks very nice and 'modern'.
Lol I can not imagine myself walking down the streets without washing my back with water and soap. I mean no matter how you wipe it, the smell and some residue will still be there. Eeeww
Enjoyed the tour....Will follow you. Thank you and stay safe.
@@_van2dtopMy Asia trip-In stores or more modern constructed situation they tended to have a regular bidet, so it wasn't as awkward, and you definitely were clean lol. The 'old' tile floor holes were much more difficult to navigate for me (body build/stability trying to squat) lol what a site. The apt one wasn't bad-got clean but often got water everywhere, guess all the tiling lol.
While living in tanzania they had squatters as well. I loved them. I prefer them to regular toilets but still till this day I have not used the bidet. The thought of using them does not vibe with me
Thanks

Love how you explain everything to us. People who are newly on their own need to learn how homes and apartments work.
0:39 Electric meters are usually hidden, but they work the same everywhere. These in your building are helpful because you can control your electric bill before it's too late.
10:05 That is a version of a bidet, which is used to wash your front and back privates after using the toilet, having personal relations, or washing monthly female hygiene. That's the first time that I've seen a spray nozzle. I'm used to seeing it as a sit-down bowl that resembles a toilet.
The floor is beautiful
Yeah everyone seems to love the floors.
