Kirkland is more like a home goods or Pier 1 imports.
You are thinking of the right name though….it’s the brand name for Costco 😄 But this is a separate store with no affiliation.

You are right...shame on the designer of the hardscape....that pole is too close to the ramp 🥴 I think those are sachets and you use them in the package...they were popular in the 90s and early 2000s...❤
