    just hold on to this property for 5 years. I'm retiring then, and I'll be flying over with a check in my hands 😉. No, surely a very nice home (priced very competitively) and I'd be VERY interested if I was buying today.

    Hi all, lovely villa, just a shame about the trees casting such a large shadow over the pool, especially during the middle of the afternoon when the video was filmed. Im guessing as they are on the neighbours land there would be nothing you can do if you wanted them reduced in height apart from ask the neighbour and offer to contribute to or pay for the cost!
    Could I ask, are there any amenities with in sensible walking distance, 10-15 minutes? Bars, small shops etc. Looked on google maps and the only one I could see was "Cati`s Bar" which looked a bit of a walk.
    Hope to be back over in October for some viewings.

      Hi, the trees are on the westside and the video was done at 4pm to give you an idea. It would be down to a talk with the neighbours to negotiate them being cut I am afraid. The current owners don't mind the shade as it gets extremely hot in the summer months. Cati´s is the closest but its an 8 minute drive to the village. Hope this helps :)
