It's a shame they need bars on the windows. The dining room couldn't be much further than it is from the kitchen... and the kitchen design is stark and bleak. On the other hand, the use of decorative tiles, pavers and terra cotta is beautiful. All and all, it seems like a very good price, but I don't know what all is nearby.

Hi, we live in the UK and it’s been our dream for years to live in Almeria permanently. Our house in the UK is currently up for sale. My husband was saying since brexit it’s so very difficult to buy property in Almeria, saying it’s difficult to get residency and we would need to prove we had around £80,000 each to live off. If that’s the case we would only have £45,000 to £50,000 left in order to buy a property. My husband would intend on working/finding a job, I wouldn’t work as I’ve many medical/health conditions preventing me including arthritis, which I know will feel improved by the warm weather. It’s always been my dream to live in Spain, but I don’t think it can become a reality!!! Makes me sad!

275 000 without a proper pool? Are they nutz? And do not try and say location is driving this price! I've been "studying" Spanish properties, locations and pricing for 15 years. Don't get me wrong, it is a nice lock up and go modern property for tourists or those that have to be away a lot. But even with a proper pool, in this location I'd put the price point for this house at maybe 175 000. But I actually like the house!

Sorry - don't get it - that price and you can't even lie beside the pool and sunbathe and the rental income return i think works out at 2.3% or i could be mistaken
