I totally agree! this is the tone for her character and was also totally a normal quality on Broadway when this show premiered. Stylistically, Broadway is changing again somewhat.
@@venusNcold girl if you’re going to call Kerry flat but praise Sunny, than you are extremely biased. They are both great, but my trained singer ears hear many more flat notes in Sunny’s version.
Heidi Hamilton well by that statement all your saying is she has the right look for the part and had a basic competency to hit a note and show an emotion. Being on Broadway doesn't always warrant talent.
Heidi Hamilton I dunno it’s all subjective. I’ve seen more than my fair share of Broadway musicals and certainly people have stumble through performance not very carefully but for the most part I’m blown away. I would also certain that there is this quality but sometimes goes beyond acting skills that make certain people appealing
