You bikers need to know basics first. The car in front can apply brakes for 100 reasons. You need to maintain distance. More speed needs more braking distance. In many developed countries, as per law, the person who hits from behind is at fault. No arguments.

@@RG2708 If the vehicle in front of car brakes suddenly, what should the car driver do? Should he too apply brakes or should he hit the vehicle in front? Obviously, he applies brake. If you are behind this car, you too have to apply brakes. If you hit the car, it means you did not maintain proper braking distance. It is your responsibility to maintain more braking distance as per your speed.

Looks like its bikers mistake. Need to keep distance. This is not city road where u dont have option for distance.
It's the riders fault for tailgating. You need to keep a safe distance between vehicles. The car driver noticed an unmarked hump and braked. If your rider kept a safe distance he wouldn't have bumped into him, simple. This is common with most Bengaluru riders and drivers, they tailgate to the point that they will bump into you at some point. My car was bumped the same way by a Doctor 2 years back.
Nowadays no one follows rules , atleast people should mind gaps, if you are not minding gaps than you should pay fine
