Disclaimer : We receive a ton of emails and messages from people telling us we filmed them at the ramp this past weekend and they want to know when the video will air. This is not a question we can typically answer. We film from three or more ramps every week and have a massive back log of content and sometime it could be weeks or months after an event occurs before we air the video. We put stuff out as fast as we can but we only air three videos a week and in a typical weekend get 6-10 episodes worth of content meaning we get content faster then we can air it. Thanks for watching and just be sure to keep watching looking for your content it will air but probably not immediately after it happens!

My biggest pet peeves is when a driver has a passenger or passengers just sitting there doing nothing instead of getting up and getting the ropes ready. The one guy is just looking at the rope and instead of getting up someone else did it.

Maybe the passengers are too "lit" to take action?

Driver needs to brief passengers long before they reach the dock on what the plan is and what they need from them. When I see people sitting around and the driver struggling, it tells me all I need to know about the driver.

Boat hooks work great for retrieving dock lines. Just another perspective!!!

3:50, I would be more worried about the gator/croc in the area. 5:26 Lost a section of the line to the drink which will get wrapped up in someones prop, probably.

Stern line dude just threw two lines, and only brought one back. See ya to that nice West Marine dock line, haha

Now I understand why sharks like to hang around docks.

    Good Job tow boat!!
And not a word about him using the engines in opposition to control the boat like you go on about all the time. He is reversing the port and forwarding the starboard to turn port. Check it out.

Thanks for pointing that out you don’t see many people being courteous these days

@6:44 I like to dock into the current so the water is pushing me away from the dock, so that when I load the boat on the trailer I can just walk it on with the lines. The water pushes it past center on the trailer, I pull it back with the ropes. Very easy to load that way. I hate fighting the current getting the boat loaded.

the guys getting stuck finally figure out that get those tires a little bit sticky and a little rubber on the ramp and can get out just fine

I really hate dealing with ramps that are horribly affected by current . The wind can be bad enough or not in your favor with that current. 😒

That tow in crew w/the twin outboards did a reasonably good job in your vid. Now and yet again..some of these other captains and some of their passengers are just clueless. I don't understand much of the idiot behavior.

The vast majority are AIMERS not captains. There is a difference. 😅

Saw the Merc outboards and assumed that was the boat that needed the tow😂

The guy running the green boat is already shown to be clueless, hit reverse with the wheel completely in the wrong direction.

You should never approach the dock if the front and back lines are not ready. Seems to be an aversion to using dock lines.

What is so hard to understand about hooking the bow and bumping into reverse to pull the stern into the dock? 🤷🏻‍♂️

The guy was only able to save the boat and pull it in because he had a captain's hat on. Again, doesn't anyone use fenders on SoFlo?
