the bolts at 2:18 are for installing and shimming the secondary assembly. i suggest you buy a kit, read the manuals and build it before making a comment about the assembly process. the guy in the video is a true professional helicopter builder. i should know, i bought two helicopters from him.
Lucky you. Then you must also realize that a kit helicopter is by design a 1 fail 1 crash system. It's not like a $300 million dollar airliner that has 3 backup systems. Inherently you risk things when you go for affordability over redundancy. Granted most helicopters are one fail one crash designs but still. Just be glad you can afford a helicopter. I would kill someone to be in your shoes.

that belt drives a gearbox which has a shaft to the tail gearbox. It's belt to shaft driven, so its shaft driven.
At 2:18 is he putting on like 6 washers on that bolt? cuz thats not right...idt
