Researchers at the University of Hong Kong have successfully prolonged the life of a late-stage liver cancer patient by using a new treatment strategy that reduced the tumour to a size that allowed the man to receive a transplant. The procedure known as a “reduce and remove” strategy was described as the first in the world to shrink a stage-four liver cancer to what was considered stage one. Post reporter Connor Mycroft explores what the outcome means with the co-leader of the research team, Professor Albert Chan Chi-yan.

Not to rain on his parade even though this is a major breakthrough but his example is that of a T4 non-metastatic liver cancer patient. He did not say that the cancer had spread to the lymph nodes or other organs so that's not a Stage 4A or 4B cancer! It sounds like it's was only a Stage 3B cancer (T4 N0 M0)

This is able to happen because there is no 1 KING, that rules us, but the people elect or release our industry leaders by a vote. Checks and Balances is what makes us GREAT…
China HAS 1 leader for life…. What he say goes in China. So it’s had for me to trust their appearance of checks and balances…..they can’t even speak out or subject to imprisonment or death…

Will it work? Probably not. But there's a small chance that it could work.
