      This proves that US has no real policy in middle east, they want oil without fighting which we all know that's not going to happen, Iranian proxies are now getting stronger and well-armed, not like before, imagine militias have drones, ATGMs, air defenses, tanks and vehicles, they are literally small armies, not to mention their cyber warfare capabilities, Houthis now has ballistic missiles, anti ship missiles, they are much more stronger now and ground invasion means US will lose for sure, look for Israel which is US proxy, HMS kicked their butt in Gaza, more than 4 months in fight and thousands of their troops were killed, dozens and dozens of videos show how HMS destroyed IDF vehicles, this gives Iranian proxies more confident that they can do the same with US forces, and in my opinion Yes they can.
      US created alot of enemies in middle east that they cannot manage anymore, that's why US time in middle east is about to finish, maybe 5-10 years at max.
      Now Russians will give weapons to those proxies because of what US did in Ukraine, believe me things in middle east is now out of US control, it is just a matter of time now.

    Fun fact. US has been supplying weapons to the same group they claim they fight against.
    US requested surplus, mostly Soviet era weapons from Eastern European NATO members. They provided them, Jordanian AF transported them and US diatributed them. Totally indiscriminately to all groups, as long they were fighting against Assad, including the group they claimed to be fighting against. Kurdish and Iranian forces seized some of those weapons and Iran requested answers from the countries the weapons were linked to. Our government, along with some others, asked US about that and the answer was it was probably seized in battle and the story was swept under the rug. But the problem was, there were complete shipments in original crates, with paperwork. Not seized in battle, but delivered to them. By US......

    The U.S. presence in Syria is illegal because it doesn’t have UN mandate or Syrian officials invitation.
    The main objective of the U.S. is to disrupt supply line between Iran and Hezbollah. The U.S. Airforce allegedly fighting ISIS for more than 2 years while ISIS and Jehat-al-Nusra were taking over Syria, then Russian airforce with Iranian allied forces from the ground pushed back ISIS AND ALQAEDA in Syria in 4 months. There is no doubt that U.S. wished ISIS and others topple the Syrian regime and weren’t really damaging their fighting capacities and allowed lucrative trade between Turkey and ISIS.

I also remember reading a DOD intel document saying that if we destabilize the Levant, we'd get a group that looks a lot like ISIS, and that would be desirable for the regional powers. Things with a longer time horizon than 4 years haven't been seriously planned for decades. Individual bureaucrats are bought or blackmailed by different foreign lobbies and are only trying to loot as much as possible during their term. This is how us govt is zealously supporting a state located in Palestine, even though it's terrible for their diplomatic position, expensive and hopeless - it's the largest lobby, most money, most blackmail. Centralized decision making doesn't really exist, it's just marionettes being pulled in every direction with thousands of strings. This is why they are so ineffective recently.

    Man, in 20 minutes you answered EVERY question I had about this most recent situation. All we get is what is in Forbes, NYT, and WSJ; they leave out the most important parts. For example, I know Iran is Shia and was scratching my head how they were "supporting" Iraq because I still associate Iraq with Sunni as Saddam was Sunni. Boom! Ignorance cleared! Keep up the awesome work my man! (Oh, and that meme about "what are you doing?" was funny AF!!!) 😂

    • @dacorum8053
      @dacorum8053 Před 4 měsíci +3

      Don't worry about not knowing that Iraq had a Shia majority when Saddam was in power because it really looked like the US government didn't know that either or they would have worked out that removing Saddam would (a) remove Iran's biggest enemy in the region, (b) put the Shias in power in Iraq and (c) make Iraq an ally of Iran and Iran the unchallenged regional power in the area. Removing Saddam was a massive own goal for the US as it significantly strengthened Iran.

      Damn m8 you have Google if you want to find out something it is just few clicks away ....information is everywhere....there is milions independent journalists around the world covering almost everything what is happening in the world ....
      Sometimes I ask myself how is possible that we as people of the world have information for example about banks and bankers and we do not revolt regardless of nationality how is possible that those kind information are out in the open and we all act like sheep's....
      So called "western worlds" polices around the world hypocrisy and double standards are out in open and they are really frightening....84% of world population hate west imagine what they will do to us when we fall and we will fall hard ....
      I recon that in 20 years those 84% of people will put sanctions on collective WEST and only option will be to go down swinging that means using nukes and bye bye world we know ....

      A lot of what History Legends posts is simply made up, or at the very least grossly misrepresented events. That's why it seems like it makes sense. I suggest you read information briefings from western intel if you want a more empiric view.

    • @dacorum8053
      @dacorum8053 Před 4 měsíci +2

      @@ArchOfficial That is simply not true. Everything I wrote could be deduced at the time. The US invaded Iraq because Bush junior wanted to finish off the job Bush Senior had started but not finished of removing Saddam in the first Gulf War because Saddam managed to put down the Shia rebellion in the south. Between the first Gulf War and the invasion to remove Saddam the US enforced no fly zones on the Kurdish north and Shia south of Iraq and imposed sanctions. Saddam was boxed in with very little room for manoeuvre and was trying just to survive when we invaded.
      There was absolutely no need or requirement to help the US invade Iraq but Blair was desperate to do so and to get public support which is why he published the dodgy dossier that falsely claimed Saddam had WMDs ready to launch in 45 minutes. Remember we were also allies of the US at the time of the Vietnam War but thankfully Harold Wilson never went to the US's aid then
