This looks like it would be a good plate carrier. A few things I would like to see would be for the padding to be removable like on the new Condor plate carriers so that you don't have to completely disassemble the plate carrier to wash the padding (my experiance with wearing plate carriers is in private security where I didn't get covered in dust and mud but I got sweaty so there was no need to wash the entire carrier, just the padding) and if 5.11 was to bring back their AMP placards, make a new range of placards or make this carrier usable with other placards on the market that would be great.
I agree they should had the Pull Cord Quick Release. Like the Tac Tec Plate Carrier. In case of your Maritime Ops.
