    Thank you for the well explanation of propofol , but I would like you to elaborate more on the metabolism process, the 70% & the 30%.

    My understanding it that patient's with an egg allergy are normally allergic to the albumin (while propofol contains egg lecithin) and the soy bean oil generally has all protein extracted, so whilst you may be wary, neither egg nor soy bean allergy is a contraindication to propofol

    How can it be hyperpolarizing curaro if it gives fasciculations to the patient? Something i miss!!!

    1% is 10mg/ml
    2% is 20mg/ml not /2ml
