Why does it seem like the show just revived Fallout and now I'm seeing it everywhere again which as a fan makes me happy
Because that's quite literally what happened

The best part being that people who don't play games finally get to see what a great series Fallout is and why people love it so much.
Bonus points to the show for not only being good, but also being an ACTUAL Fallout show rather than just using the name and IP to justify their own cheap attempts at writing a drama.

That's one of my favorite moments in FO4. I'd always try to make sure to start that quest at a certain time so I'd know it would be night after leaving the building, that way the Prydwen comes flying in with all its spotlights on with that classic fallout theme playing

I love how the music follows side by side with the main characters view of the world around them. How they wake up and find this erie wasteland that seems to be filled with only death and pain, and how as time goes on and they pick a side, everything becomes triumphant as the player wins, and finally as the main character sits back and really looks around and sees the people liveing and some thriving as they try to build a new world from the ashes of time.
And in the end, through all the pain, fear, triumph, uncertainty and peace.

I've heard this so many times that it stopped really resonating with me for a while. This was beautiful. The dynamic changes were spot on. Its nice to sit back, close my eyes, and just let the music take me somewhere else.

(ftr: recently, it was briefly stated that Fallout 4's protagonist was the leftmost power armor troop in the Fallout 1 intro, but that is not cannon at all, just a dev's BTS)

Really well done, thanks for sharing. I love the mix of emotions in the Fallout theme. Melancholy at the lost world, inspiration and hope for the new one but a brutal price needing to be paid to rebuild.

So, the Prydwyn showed up. If you have a favorite synth character, go ahead and mourn them now, because Nate fed them to the grinder.
It might not have been the prydwen, it wasn't named on screen or anything. The BoS could have built another airship in the same way.
The more damning line to my mind is when they refer to 'the clerics of the commonwealth' which means the BoS still has a presence there. So one of these happened:
1. BoS win, and Nate or Nora feeds the synths into the grinder as you say
2. The minutemen win but for whatever reason don't declare war on the Brotherhood after destroying the institute, since that is technically optional
3. Any faction but the BoS won, but the BoS came back with more numbers in the time after 4 but before the show, net result is the same as 1.
@@zas240 Where would they have gotten the materials to build and support a second airship? They were already struggling with the first ship.
