I know that this is the situation that requires action and not questions, but I wonder if they're wondering how Thanos is here. But judging from Tony saying "You mess with time, it tends to mess back" I guess Tony knows that this guy is a variant from 2014

Yeah because earlier in the film we can see two date on the time machine that don’t match any of the years or dates that they travelled to, so maybe Tony did something there that could mean something in the future, possibly to do with Kang or the TVA.

@@user13721 no if they had chosen those two other dates, the TVA would have come and prune them. Remember, pre Loki, any unwanted choices/what ifs/nexus events will result in the TVA capturing them. But now, all divergent timelines have gone through the red line threshold, the TVA can't prune them anymore, and they become new universes

Well in No Way Home, they were taken right before they died, so they are the same age as they were in the other films.
