Looks delicious, I have a multicooker with a instant pot function but yes they are a great cooking tool. I am vegetarian and these days it is so easy to use faux meat or meat free alternatives to meat dishes

Awesome video. Where did you get the instant pot from and which one is it? I get confused with which one to buy
I lived in Morocco for many years and my name was Hajar then. I came back to the United States for a brief time and had my birth certificate changed to have Hajar in front of my other names. I used to hate bisto when I lived in the UK! However I said all of this to simply say I make some delicious lamb and beef neck bones. I could cook Moroccan when I went to Morocco I had watched so much of it and my first meal was chicken with lemon and olives. I served two rooms full of Moroccan friends and family and they all declared my meal Moroccan. I had been there a week and that made me feel very proud but I never should have done it so early because then I was called on to cook more often than not!

The stew looks so good. By the way Ext virgin olive oil shouldn’t be really used for cooking because of its low smoking point it can be carcinogenic.
What's carcinogenic?
@@zainabshaikh9194 Cancer causing. Olive oil is best eaten raw since it has a low smoke point and the nutritional value gets burned out.
@@SocaMusicLova1 I did not know that olive oil was bad to cook with because I thought it was better then vegetables oil. What other oil can I use instead without compromising the dish. I think the lamb stew was my favourite followed by the chickpea curry😚😍.

Bashie Nashie you can use rapseed oil, avocado 🥑 oil or there is olive oil which is for cooking read the instructions of the oils
