You only have to listen to Rio to realize how good ex pros are as pundits. They see things in football many people do not, and the way he explains it is exceptional. With him demonstrating how good the likes of Ozil are shows how elite footballers function in the game. Brilliant showing of someone who isn't afraid to speak his mind which is arguably something missing in modern football. Great videos guys! Can't wait for the next Fifa and Chill

He is a top man and a true footballing great. So annoying when he pocketed Torres game after game and luckily Vidic couldn't handle him so we got some good results against them.

Rio's England formation and team selection is exactly what I would go with, although perhaps with Drinkwater instead of Barkley to add power and work rate, and because he is a player that can control and marshal midfield well. Roy is really clueless with his selection. I don't think 4-3-3 is the way to go because we have a dearth of quality wingers and a surplus of quality strikers. Rio sems to have a good footballing brain.

I actually thought Drinkwater was good in his first game for England. It's not fair to judge a player on just one game though, and Drinkwater has been definitely one of the best English midfielders in the league this season (second only to Alli I think). Wilshere is talented but has barely played. I really doubt he's fully fit and he'll probably get injured anyway. Drinkwater's passing is very good and he can dominate midfield well with the way he gets about.

A good season don't mean he can do the same on the national stage
And Leicestershire style of play is way different from England's

I loved Rio saying when they scored the first goal "you can tell man is socially able" LOL XD that made me laugh so much and I say that as someone who has played ultimate team and career mode so much that when i tore two tendons in my hand a week ago, the saddest thing is that i can't play ultimate team for like 2 months.
