Still the best album from FLTL. While I do acknowledge the nostalgia with Skrillex (in fact he's not really the og vocals), Spencer's singing really elevates the band.

I wish Spencer was still in this band, I'm a big fan of Periphery and it seems like everything the dude touches turns to gold. Ironically enough, the riffs in this song were the sexiest thing about it. Everything else was incredible as well though.

Dayshell are pussy as fuck compared to AA. Atleast Danny Worsnop can sing compared to Shayley Bourget... And their songs have real rocking reference.
Both AA and Dayshell suck, but I agree that Sumerian is really on an upward swing.

Yeah, man that's the growth. Because AA have found their sound, Danny's a stronger vocalist than Shayley, I think that's the game changer for me and their songs are more diverse, whereas DayShell's album sounds like 3 songs on repeat which is what killed it for me... :/
Hahaha! But that's totally cool man. That's your taste. And it's interesting to see your view point on it and hear your opinion. Now why DayShell are boring for me, is because Shayley's voice is ard, but in every song on that album, it's dubbed with lank effects. Also Edge of the World is my favourite song from that album too. Although it reminded me too much of that one song from OM&M, it's like Shayley's fascinated by being "at the edge of the world".. Know what I mean, where I can relate to AA a little more and I love their whole classic-rock-revived approach for me that hits home. That's why I can't listen to their first 2 albums anymore, their earlier albums are silly compared to From Death To Destiny Best album of 2013 for me was probably Hail To The King by A7X :) That's just me.

Holy crap people. Does no one like this band at all for real and remember that their best albums vocally were with Matt?! The guys an amazing guitarist and shocked me with awesome vocals on their S/T release and gave me hope that the band would be stronger than ever with Throne to the wolves. 31 people don't know what a good band sounds like. This song is dedicated to all the cheats and liars in the world. The one's that think messing with emotions is the best way to deal with problems. From First To Last is now one of my favorites because of this album, and this song.
