This makes me sooo happy! Meditation has been a big part of my life for many, many years (I'm many years old!). I love Lil Jon's meditations.
From the first time I heard it, I listened to his album in it's entirety and I have each time since then. Jon has a special way of creating a safe space while still captivating a wide range of folks in his meditation audience. Perfect for those who are newly exploring meditations, as well as those of us with wind chimes hanging from our gray hair. 😀
