Yes you echo my mind , whole of my india must have cooked like this once .. Now it's just plastic cooking There's huge taste difference between iron tava dosa and nonstick pan dosa ...keep aside health differences I'm from South India too , I agree in dressing we are much more conservative than the north , in traditions too...
