For Mango Sorbet / Mango Ice:
4 Mangoes
1/4 cup Sugar syrup or to taste
For Cantaloupe Sorbet / Cantaloupe Ice:
1/2 Cantaloupe
1/2 Lemon
1/4 cup Sugar syrup or to taste
For Pineapple Sorbet / Pineapple Ice:
1 Pineapple
1/2 Lemon
1/4 cup Sugar syrup or to taste
For Watermelon Sorbet / Watermelon Ice:
1 Watermelon
1/2 Lemon
