It's worth mentioning that unlike in Yuri's Revenge, both bunkers are repairable. Which makes them much more valuable.

Will each subfaction get their own set of reinforcements from the Reinforcement Pad, or will it be the same set of units minus the basic tank?

It can't be done without either unprotecting the mixes or with a lot of effort to make mock up graphics, and even unprotecting the mixes still doesn't make the editor fully functional with MO due to the way a lot of the art.ini stuff is coded (And has to be in order to achieve the quality)

A game mode's playable maps depend on the filter used for said game mode.
Open your map via INI-Editor and look for GameModes= under [Basic]
The following values are accepted for RA2:
standard, teamgame, megawealth, duel, meatgrind, navalwar, cooperative(YR-only)
