Rice flour 1 cup
Jaggery 200gm( 3 small cubes)
Cumun 1/2 tsp
cardamom 1/2tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Coconut grated 2 tbls
water 1&3/4cup
Pearl.onion 2tbls
Coconut slices 2-3 tbls
sesame seeds.1tsp
Baking soda 1/4tsp
coconut oil 2 tbls
Use heavy bottom cooker for this kalathappam.
