- What happens when one of the best blitz players in the world of chess takes on a prodigious young talent. Hikaru Nakamura took on Praggnanandhaa in the final round of the Tata Steel Chess India Blitz 2018. It was a very important final round because if Nakamura won the game, he would win the title. Clearly , looked like Hikaru had it at one point but then credit to Pragg for frustrating him with a strong defense that made Hikaru force sack his knight in the end to promote his pawn.

Probably a newbie question, would pragg doing Knight G6 at 15:42 a better move than King G6 since it forks the white pawns?
Even if Hikaru respond with Knight G3 forking the black pawns, Pragg can take H4 blocking Hikaru from taking F5 pawn

Btw, as far as I know, Nakamura is the boss of bullet 1 min. I am poor in bullet 1 min, more convenient in bullet 2 min and its variants like 2|1. My favorite is blitz 5 min, although feel more convenient in rapid 10 min.
