Finally a clean win since AS. Sabres and Canadiens Ws felt like steals. Otter kept us afloat. Today though we played a good game at both ends and the 2 points are well-earned. GG Canes.

in the old days, like 80s and 90s that 3rd goal by the Hurricanes would've been counted fair...not that i like it that way. but that's the way it was, back then. the Wild West of Ice Hockey...

Eng: Carolina itself is to blame, they played very roughly in defense and in the middle zone. The third goal was also not counted correctly.

Yes, Drury was pushed into the goalie. And yet, he still managed to go for the puck and not push the goalie's pad. No idea how that challenge got upheld.

Otters leg pad was pushed into the net by 2 canes sticks. Even if you ignore the guy that got hit from behind, the other one (Bunting) was not pushed at all. Let's try to be more objective.
@@Crimsonfangg Their sticks were underneath his leg, meaning they got to the puck before he was able to seal it against the ice. If their sticks were literally just pushing his pad and nothing else, I would agree. But that's not what happened.
@@ultimate8550 So when you push a thin stick against a goalies pads, it can slide up under the pad. That's how physics works. Secondly, them "getting to it first" is not a justification that is written in any rule to waive interference even if that were the case, which it wasn't. That's why the announcers, the refs, and most of the fans agreed that it was interference.
