    Duel for Middle Earth is quite different from 7 Wonders Duel, it’s not just a reskin. Of course there is a shared DNA but not simply putting LoTR theme on 7WD

    Curious to see what Black Forest has to offer. But do I really need another mid-weight Euro Uwe game? Ugh, YES!

    Do like the look of Slay the Spire. We too have it on Switch. Will see if it goes on Sale or maybe used.

    The problem of "Foundations of Metropolis" likely won't be the looks but maybe the price point especially because the expansion modules of "Foundations of Rome" seem to be omitted in the basegame box. So, if they withhold the modules the game won't be the same. And if they sell the modules separately then the price will be too high for only cardboard.

      @Flip5ide Před 21 dnem

      I kinda disagree, in a way drip feeding expansions is basically stretchpay for people that can't afford the big box, plus the space saving is really important for lots of people.

      FoM doesn't have the expansions, it's just base game FoR. FoM is like 50 while FoR all-in was 250. Will depend how much the modules will be but I can't imagine the game being +100 in the end which is still a far cry from +250 and it's at 30% the volume!

    I'm only looking out for _Glass Road_ the _Black Forest_ re-do. Just a euro-game thanks.

    Radlands is a game that I don't think is that great. It seems really unbalanced to me, the playtime varies wildly (I've seen 20 minute games, my wife somehow played a game that lasted an hour and a half)... But I really enjoy playing it. So I'll probably pick up the expansion, but I think I'm going to wait until next year to do it (I typically go to PAX East, and so does Roxley, so I'll probably just got it there).
    With Slay the Spire, I backed it because I love the video game. I wasn't really sold on the multiplayer aspect during the campaign, but I really enjoyed playing it with my wife (even if I'm not entirely convinced by the 'everyone takes their turn at the same time' part. we had more fun seeing eachother take turns, even if it does make the game take longer). I'm excited for more people to get their hands on this one.
    Thanks for the video!

    Had my eye on Imperium for a bit. Streamlining it with Captain’s Chair might get me to buy in.
    Also, isn’t the Star Trek version of Mage Knight considered worse for some reason?

    My wife and I played through shy Pluto and Terra proxima. Afterward the mechanics were so different from regular space base that we stopped playing and lost interest. We picked up genesis and it’s awesome. We took out all the campaign cards/mechanics and the game is fun again

    Does anybody know a distributor for Radlands Cult of Chrome that is EU friendly? I have the Deluxe edition and shipping this straight from them is going to almost double the price (21for the cards and 16 for the shipping).

      I was hoping for more cards from the original trilogy. e.g. C3PO, interrogation Droid, Obii Wan, the Emperor etc.

      Same. Kind of disappointing that it’s a mirror version of the original that you can mix and match. It doesn’t expand anything. You have to remove base game content to put in clone wars content for it to function the exact same way. All it’s doing at that point is mashing up the star wars universe. That being said, will I still probably get it? Yes.
