    I'm one quarter Abruzzese from my mother's side as my maternal grandfather was born in Petorano sul Gizio. (3km south of Sulmona) and one eighth Molise on my father' side as my paternal great grandfather was born in Pozzilli Isernia. I visited Sepium in 2014 whist I was staying in Campobasso.

    • @mrbushlied7742
      @mrbushlied7742 Před 3 lety

      @@ItalybyItalians Campobasso was boring. I went there to follow a family ancestry lead which turned out to be a dead end. However, the day I spent in Sepium redeemed the time I spent in Campobasso. Puzzilli in Isernia Molise is a rather ugly village as it was destroyed during WW2 and rebuilt using concrete clapboard like a British post-war council flat building. Fortunately, I stayed in nearby Venafro, which is a beautiful Italian medieval town. I'm retiring soon and planned on retiring to Italy as I have a UK passport. However, BREXIT threw a spanner into my plans. At 65, I'm unwilling and unable to spend 7 years' effort to acquire Italian citizenship.
