I agree with you I think the need to have a better bus 🚌 terminal not only that we need a train 🚂 system running to portmore connected to halfway tree 3 mile Spanish town and other connections in popular areas that have high commuter

Yes build the transport center in Greater Portmore but a smaller type with proper roofing which must be fitted with solar panels. Build to accommodate taxis also, it’s disgusting to see them scampering when they see police coming. One for Christian Gardens/Gregory Park area. There is one at Naggo Head which works well for taxis and the Numbers 8 & 12 JUTC Buses. Every major terminal point should have a transport centre.
Portmore, downtown and Spanish all need proper bus park for the jUTC buss. The government should also think about reducing the number of reckless routes taxi operators on the road that cost traffic congestion.

@drivinginjamaica why build two transportation centers in one community?? I think Spanish town could take one..5 hector to build a transportation center is big enough for the portmore community. jamaica is a small country, and every inch of the country must properly think through before building the population in jamaica will certainly double if not triple in the very near future.
Invest in railway and marine transportation. Marine from Portmore to downtown and airport ( a ferry) to reduce road traffic
