Fulham, palace, forest, sheffield united, burnley, bournemouth, villa the list goes on. Our lack of squad depth for the 4th season on the spin is nothing short of criminal. Sack sully and moyes and we might just have a chance of getting to the next level

Couldn’t believe Newcastle and Wolves only drew with Burnley and Everton on Tuesday then Brighton failed at Brentford.
We had the toughest game but got the same points as 3 of those around us.
Annoyed about Chelsea though
Wolves are a decent side. But as we saw in the home game where we beat them, there is nothing to fear. If we get a solid defence, I am confident that kudus can breach them. Alvarez a plus, I wonder if he will go in ahead of JWP. A lot of people saying jwp has a really good game against spurs. I didn't really notice that too much. For me alvarez comes straight in with soucek and paqman with a front three unchanged.

Jwp had a good game guys ,his work rate is high and he is improved with his passing more work needed on his dead ball kicks however ,but he has to start is infact he is a more attacking player than alvarez😮

We have shown we can win any game in the PL this season beside, Liverpool and Man city but I believe we can beat any or every team and never mind our last games are a tough running, we can get European football, but Moyes needs to get it right!! And we need Antonio against Leverkusen, he is extremely vital the way we play, and I think we can win without him for 20 odd mins on Saturday 3-0 west ham
I think we should play the same squad we will play against Leverkusen. Because I remember watching an interview of Bowen where he said that at times players want to keep playing instead of being rotated so they can stay in the grove and stay in form and stay 'hot'. Even Zouma and Antonio should be okay I think as there is a 4-5 day break between Wolves and Leverkusen. So the starting 11 we should play is:

The only team I ever want to see beat Wolves is West Ham. Gary O' is doing a good job for Wolves while Moyes seems to be hamstrings through Hammers. I'm hoping for a good game and all the best for Wolves; after this weekend of course 😂

Wolves are a solid side and O'Neil is doing well for an inexperienced manager.
We seem to beat them at home now but always lose at their ground.

We should’ve gone for Mario lemina when wolves bought him. He is absolutely class and probably the most underrated player in the league honestly
I think we need to rest Antonio and shuffle things around.
I'd play Bowen upfront and Ings behind. Kudus on the Left, WP on the right AND Paquetta and Alvarez in the middle. Those two would dominate. Benhinio on the right to help WP with some pace. Give Coufal a break too. Soucek as a sub for Paquetta if things go well.
Sub Antonio on 60mins. Play Ben Johnson upfront. He can play everywhere else I'm sure he could do a job upfront he is bulking up, he can put himself about . Why not!
Wolves only have a chance at Europe if they beat us this weekend, Newcastle are heavy favourites for 7th with Chelsea just ahead of us for 8th (and then Brighton just behind us). If Chelsea don't win tonight and we win at the weekend we'll start looking like favourites for 8th.

@@HammersChatFrustrating result for sure but both Chelsea and Man United looked poor. If we beat Chelsea when we play them that result won't matter at all, and based on that performance we definitely can. Outside chance of catching United now as well, they're still to play Bournemouth/Newcastle/Palace/Brighton/Liverpool/Arsenal and they lost every single one of those in the reverse fixture bar a draw against Liverpool. Still statistically a ~29% chance of Europe which is not horrible, will shoot up with a win this weekend as well.
Id like to se Paqueta on the left (with freedom to drift inwards) and Kudus as a 10. I think it opens up for Bowen and Kudus to swap duting the game as they are both at their best on the right.
I’d like to see the 3 attacking midfielders change more often. I felt Spurs had Bowen sorted early on and was wanting to see Kudus over there as I think he’s a better dribbler over long distances
I think Bowen has better close control but when it comes to running at your man with space then it’s Kudus for me
This should a straight forward win. We just need to wrap Antonio in cotton wool for next Thursday. Get him off at half time, whatever the result.
I've got a Geo opinion on this game: "I'm not confident but I'm positive for this game.."
I think we might go down a goal in the first half and then switch on again and push for an equaliser before half time. Come out strong early 2nd half for our 2nd goal and then have a nervy end of the game sitting back BUT this time, hold on because Wolves don't have the clinical finisher to get an equaliser.

Really go at them from the first minute, this is a team prone to forced errors at the back. High press. Force turnovers high up the pitch. Then get balls in behind their back line. They haven’t saved a single penalty this season - get Paqueta in that box. And get crosses into Antonio and Soucek. We can win this, COYI!

We should beat Wolves. However, im waiting for us to hit a wall and for our performances to drop off. Our lack of strength in depth is going to hurt us. Important week or so for us.

As amazing as winning the europa would be I know winning it would be incredibly tough. So I'd rather get some sort of European football to keep attracting good players and give a new manager some thing to get their teeth into.

That's how much we've squandered under Moyes.
We can win this game. Our last 3 performances have been good enough to warrant more points than what we’ve got. 2 points from 9 against villa, Newcastle & spurs is rubbish when considering the context of how we played - we should’ve had at least 5 in my opinion.
I’d like to see 2 changes to the team with Areola & Alvarez in for Fabianski & JWP. Straight forward changes and would match the team I believe will start on Thursday.
I’m confident as I think this is a game that’ll suit us. I think they onus will be on them to break us down and we’ll hit on the counter just like we did against them at the London stadium. Add in the threat of Antonio who missed that game and we could score for fun. RA-N concerns me for wolves. Very good player direct and good dribbler so it’ll have to be figured out quickly who’ll be responsible for him between Coufal & Bowen as he’ll operate in between the 2 due to us not playing wing backs. Coufal’s side has been a bit of a weakness past couple of games so I hope he and Bowen put that right on Saturday. Our 3 in midfield will outnumber their 2 which will place less emphasis on Soucek on the ball and will allow him to push up and into the box with Paqueta dropping deep to create alongside Alvarez.
If Moyes were to play JWP from the start over antonio I’d understand it in terms of that team being solid and hard to break down whilst having the 3 on the break that caused wolves so much trouble at our place. I don’t want to see it but for that reasoning I’d be okay with it.
Sounds simple but I just want to see us keep a clean sheet. That shouldn’t be a difficult task that failed to beat Burnley, lost to coventry and lost to villa in their last 3 games. They don’t pose anywhere near as much threat as the last 3 teams we’ve faced and (barring Newcastle second half) we’ve kept those 3 at arms length. They’re lacking an attack so if we concede we deserve to lose.
I’m desperate for us to win. It would give us a confidence boost and momentum going into Thursday and give us a bit of breathing space between us and wolves which could be crucial.

Agree with nearly all of this, I’ve enjoyed a lot of our football recently tbh, not necessarily matches in its entirety but periods against Villa and Newcastle have been good as well as the games against Brentford, Freiburg and Spurs, scoring 15 in our last 6 league games….not bad. I hated Burnley and thought we snatched it against Everton but I ain’t complaining.
Chelsea winning has applied more pressure to us as well now.

Id be okay with him, prefer him to some of the other names. This is my biggest issue with replacing Moyes though, there’s no way I trust Sullivan
I say again we will not be in Europe next season. Moyes will throw away more points from now until the end of the season. He makes mistakes that costs us points. I still cannot get over how naive moyes was in the Newcastle game. Shocking. Winning i what i do. I want him gone at any cost.

Moyes failed to make any substitutions against spurs. UNACCEPTABLE! He's a Sport-Science denier. it pisses me off. I'm Australian we take sport-science seriously. fresh legs could've won that match, a fatigued A-grade player will be beaten by fresh C-grader. And the same team must go again in 4 days. so, there's increased risk soft tissue injury. if Antonio gets a knock, he'll be out for 3 weeks. the conditioning manager has no authority.
our January signing is not match fit. to get Phillips fit you have play him. But we can't afford an underperformer if we are fighting Europe.
