Regarding the Karen arguing with a boy about riding his bike on a sidewalk, there was a similar case and I found out then that there is no specific law saying bicycles are not allowed on sidewalks. What this Karen needs to do is ask her representative to sponsor a bill that would make it illegal for people to ride their bikes on sidewalks. Until then, she has no business claiming the practice is not allowed.
