Oh my goodness. I have just watched this is in work with some team members and we were all in tears. It struck many chords with us. What an incredible video. Thank you for opening our eyes.
This is such a great video explaining in simple ways the value and necessity of inclusion. Thank you.
Powerful. I have tears in my eyes as I watch. Each of these sentiments is relatable and something I've either experienced or discussed with others who have.
Brillaint Job !!
When you encourage an include others, the universe will bless you in many ways. Excellent video.
Most beautiful and accurate video I’ve seen … thank you 🙏🏽 ❤️
Please can we have audio descriptors to this video so we can include the blind and cognitively impaired
A pleasant eye opener, a great starting point for all to begin their DEI training path to success
Impressive video with an important message. Blatant discrimination certainly still exist, but sometimes exclusion is due to a person's personal fears of people who are different, people they are not used to being around. The DE&I movement can make a major difference to this latter group. The message in this video shows the importance for people to learn to let go of those fears (prejudices). When organizations create an environment that encourages understanding and appreciating a diverse set of perspectives (without judgement) we all become better, we all have new opportunities for personal growth. I've learned much from people who are different from me over the years, some of their gifts truly changed my life in a positive way.
beautifully done, lovely reminder that everybody has his own battle.
love this message! Thanks for making this video
A video on inclusion but doesn’t have accessibility for listeners who are blind.
So impressive! This is very educative
That hit me straight in the heart. I realize watching this that I discriminate against men and that hit me straight in the heart also. That realization brought me to tears. I realize I have a lot of self examination to do and make amendments to make.
Would it be possible to remove the embedded links to videos at the end of the clip (min 3:00), it is kind of stealing the punchline of the great video and covering the "I" in inclusion.
This video spoke to some of my innermost fears, then and now! I am not alone.
I came here to watch this because my University referred me here... Thank you so much. Everything is a dagger in the heart. We are indeed living differently while forgetting that we are all HUMANS.
This is beautiful and it made me want to weep.
How about a video on inclusion that doesn't exclude people with sight loss or reading difficulties? The video even includes a disabled representative who appears to be sight-impaired while silultaneously excluding him by using written slides in a handwriting font.
How about we don't exclude those with sight-impairments or dyslexia, by providing accessible materials, including commentary (and subtitles for those with hearing-impairments). Especially when the materials are produced by those who ought to know better. Inclusion means EVERYONE.
I came here for this comment. Just goes to show that this video is just discrimination-washing. All pretty pictures and piano music, but no real action.
Beautiful video!
Would love this video in French 🙂
I was so impressed after the first viewing, I had to see if I missed anything by reviewing again, its worth the investment to my growth.
Very powerful! I really connect with this message!
Diversity helps us see things from a different perspective and gain better understanding of our community. Differences give us opportunities to grow relationships and foster kindness.
It is beautiful.❤️
Excellent way of communicating this, thought provoking and relevant
amazingly expressed my feelings
Excellent Video!
Hi Accenture, I would love to use this video for a public talk I am doing. Is that permitted, or do I need special permission to waive copyrights? Please let me know who to contact
it seems to me that this video does not include blind persons
Hopefully they dont see the video.
❤ wow that's sum us all , Awesome 💕
Excellent video until the presentation of follow-on video pollute the presentation, making parts of it unreadable.
Agreed. Didn't use to have this on the video. I wish there was a way to turn it off.
great video, but it's not helpful for people who take longer than others to read when time isn't given to read the text, plus the font of the writing doesn't help too. when pausing ads for other videos cover the text when used on training sites.
there are subtitles
That $100/$258 figure they quote is highly misleading...From their own research (Getting to Equal, 2017), the actual gap in wages is quoted as $100/$140, which itself is well above the gap in countries like Ireland (14.4%) where Accenture is based, and also Canada (13%) and the US (
I think they are talking about a world's GAP, and, I can tell, in Brazil these numbers are much higher. If you add race, then it will be worst
@@luziasarno on number one in the usa asian, white black is listed on the wikipedia
Excellent video
Why have you made a video about inclusion that has no voice over for blind people (like the man featured) who may want to watch this? Not exactly practising what you preach.
Openes and diversity are arelly human superpower! It`s really pasunate and bring more humility in our life and business.
So powerful!
This is beautiful.
Anyone know the name of the music?
Christina Perri “A Thousand Years”, of course this is an instrumental version without voice.
"Women earn $100 for every $258 a man earns". I take it that's a worldwide average.
Plus the pay gap (in the western world ) has been debunked a million times over at this point.
flexibility is spelled wrong.
Made me emotional
Great Video
il mondo che vorrei
Why is there 2 milion views but only 13 comments lol
Because people are being told to watch thus by their employers.
@@yuriypislar8246 it was strange for me too
This is so beautiful and true. We all have beautiful gifts, and if we can love a little more, maybe our hearts can open wider to receive each other’s wonderful gifts that can change the world. No one person will ever have it all. There is no I in team. This beautifully started. It brought tears to my eyes.
Doesn't this video by it's lack of voice over become a tool for exclusion? Especially given that one of the participants is blind?
Why am I emotional tho 😭❤

Inclusion starts with I
This is beautiful and represents how we can change the world to be a better place for all.
"Inclusion". Also inaccessible to blind people...
"On average, Black women are currently paid only 63 cents for every dollar paid to a non-Hispanic white man. For full-time working Black women, this amounts to a median wage gap of $2,009 a month, $24,110 a year and $964,400 over a 40-year career, compared to white men, according to the National Women’s Law Center." CNBC 2021
Well one wuestion. Why are asians get more money than white people. 87,243 median income while the median income for whites is 65,902.
Can you expplain this?
@@simonw.1223 I can guess. There are many poor white people in American who live and are sustained by low income living areas and welfare(check the numbers). Many Asians in America are part of the working class. You rarely see them living in areas, for example, rural West Virginia. They would not be welcomed by white Americans in those environments, so they create their own communities where their native cultures were allowed to thrive (i.e., Chinatown of several large urban cities). Like other foreign cultures, they thrive financially because they support their culture and businesses to help each other "make it" in America. There are many groups that do the same, but I am only referring to the Asian cultures-Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Indian, among the list.
Diversity and inclusion is great. Equity is a problem.
why not? 50/50 prison inmates or 50/50 bricklayer 50/50 people who work in the sewer or other hard and not so relaxing jobs
I absolutely love this video...it is hard to include every thing...but for me, faith is critical. I wish faith had been included especially since Accenture allows faith at work.
Lays it on so thick, and Ugh that music. The stats referred to in the video became outdated the day this was published. 2.4 million views with 78 comments, probably schools and corporations driving folks here so they can check their boxes on diversity training.
Um... huh.. lol ok..
@@theoddone2668 wow lol
spit it out
Diversity? I COULDN'T SEE any people over age 50 in this video.. Ageism is the BIGGEST DISCRIMINATION because it includes people from ALL kinds (white, black, women, LGBT, handicapped, etc)!
I'd say there are some over 50 in this video, but not too much older.
As K Greenawald answered above, "It was literally brought up with the older woman saying “people assume I don’t have the requisite skills or ambition ANY MORE”. That was a really clear point toward ageism."
What about age inclusion? Ageism is always ignored in these virtue signalling, box ticking campaigns.
It was literally brought up with the older woman saying “people assume I don’t have the requisite skills or ambition ANY MORE”. That was a really clear point toward ageism.
