Bro my top clamp bolt is jammed no matter how much I hammered it is not loosening
Bro do we need to loosen the four pinch bolts on the suspension to tighten the cone set?
It's better to loose the top two pinch bolts before making coneset adjustments. Bottom can be left as it is.

11:24 - hammering on the new race directly will damage it. use the old race (hammer on it) inverted on top of the new race to guide through the triple tree.

Hammering with the installation tool never hurts. Cuz the tool is not hard as the bearing race. As you know harder material will cause dent or damage to a softer material.
Using a material as hard as the race will damage, as you say using a old race will
