One mild lore note.
Grombrindal is Snorri Whitebeard (or at least heavily implied to be) who made an oath with Malekith on his death bed that Malekith, being an elf (and functionally immortal by most accounts), would uphold the alliance of elves and dwarfs, and see their kingdoms to further prosperity. When Malekith ignited a civil war amongst the elves, splitting them properly into the High Elves, Dark Elves, & Wood Elves, the elven kingdom was shattered and sundered. Years after that, he had multiple assassins kill high ranking dwarfs on a diplomatic mission with Elves, and framed it as the High Elves doing it.
This betrayal was so great that Snorri Whitebeard came back from the realm of the ancestors to personally see every grudge Malekith inflicted righted.
All his equipment is from the realm of the ancestors, the dwarfs 'gods'. He's their equal.
He came back from the dead out of sheer spite, and his axe was forged by Grimnir. There's 2 rune axes of Grimnir in the world (1 wielded by the high king of the dwarfs, the other by Gotrek Gurnisson). Grombrindal brought one with him.
That's the kinda guy Grombrindal is. He comes back from the dead out of SPITE
Read Grombrindal: Chronicles of the Wanderer, even though its AoS, the scene with him and Grungni alone is worth it. Wont say anymore, cuz I don't want to spoil anything.
The Runesmith's skills to increase armor and weapon damage replace the scouting ability. They are not passives, you have to move him out of the army then move him back in to activate the bonuses.
Also only 1 bonus can be active per runesmith. So if you theoretically want all 3 you need 3 runesmiths and each one only needs to spend skill points in the skill they have active
I've longed for the day that you finally got into TWW3. Here's to hoping for more of the varied races/factions - especially if you pull out the dwarfs angry and soot-covered cousins, the Chaos Dwarfs

Been having a blast with challenges in that game lately. Currently it is Karl Franz, elector state troops only. Took me 30 turns to defeat the traitors alone xD

2:44 Here's the thing amour is only useful in the early and mid game. In the late game most units have armour piercing so armour is nullified. Armour though is weighted quite heavily in Autoresolve.
It is worth putting out there complaints is so ingrained into the Daowi that there ranged troops are called Quarrelers
Excited to see you doing a video on TW3! Looking forward to more vids on this one. As for Autobattle, I'm an outlier among everyone that plays it in my group; I always hit The Button for an auto if I can get away with it. Gotta paint that map FAST.
Generally speaking, Grombrindal's ideal army is a lot of Iron Drakes with Trollhammer torpedoes and one or two engeniers and using the Ancestral Blessing that reduces the upkeep of Grombrindal's army. But this works as well😁

Actualy Stakuyi, Armor is more like a secondary stat for autoresolve (especially when you factor in units with armorpiercing, aka ognoring, attacks). the stat you thought of, which is also the on average the highest among Dorfs, is Melee Defense, aka the ability of a unit, NOT to get hit. Actually Armor, due the the preliferance of armorpiercing attacks ion almost every higher tiered unit, gets more and more useless the farther your game progresses
you can autoresolv quest battles you just have to go in the workshop an download the mod to do it.
An artillery focus run would be intriguing.

Video 1 of asking Stakuyi to play Equestria at War again, this time as the Neo-Hazrumenian Empire.
Start out as the “Republic” of Tobuck. Rush down the right side of the focus tree towards the “The Exiled Royal” focus. After that, let the warlord suspicious tick down.
Once that’s done, all you need to do is beat Chiropterra, and you’ll unlock not-King Henry VIII
7:55 my man, that scout do be looking a lot like a Smith. The hammer is so made to strike an anvil. Thankfully, you can distinguish them by the scout's renown beard, unique to their guild.

back in the free trial i loved the other stuff in the game but hated the slow feeling of the battles, so i just went a hyper macro economic game with bretonnia. won every siege by just rolling up my auxillary army that was entirely siege weapons as backup, and won every direct fight by just moving in functional 40 stacks of max tier super cavalry. one side of my land was protected by the religious zealots that just won battles by being three armies standing next to each other full of megapeasants and super buffed religious units. really enjoyed it honestly, i would probably still be playing if it weren't for the pricing scheme+just not wanting to do manual battles such as quest battles lol

Probably wont see this, but my dad and I were able to document via birth records as far back as 795 in the Danelaw. They were mostly single mothers whose children were born in convents in mercia and Sussex and Wessex and i dont think i need to explain the implications there

Now we need to look at the records from Paris around the same time, as well as going down the danish line because one of the nuns was actually married on my fathers side to settler and fled after, what the church trabslated as, egregious violebce between kin over pigs and beef.
So one of the oldest branches of my family with an actual man named is because of some beef over some beef

Did you played the campaign two times and made the video with the footage of both? There is things that appear 2 times or that are incompatible.

That sounds off, arn't the DE similar to their 40K psycho version. Meaning horrifying torture (And the snu-snu would be well, non-consensual), until their victims die. That and lots, lots of slavery.

Good video. I definitely get what you're trying to do, but fighting the battles is kind of the point of Total War games. If you don't wanna fight the battles then playing a Paradox 4x game is probably what you wanna do.
