Hey mate good vid, just a wee tip we find when vac packing fish is to partly freeze it first and you don't have the dramas with moisture and they will be nice and moist when defrosted due to the moisture being frozen into them first . Also we only use salt water collected in a bottle when fishing for cleaning the fish or it starts to harden up from fresh water. Cheers for the content 👍

I haven’t tried one of them, and yes the red ones only last a few months but they work great and I think was only $25 but I’ll look into the other one you said!

Great episode love watching your channel , when you get a lot of prawns try just taking the head off and freeze them in a container in fresh water like a ice cream container then when ready to cook slow defrost and boil in salt water perfect every time
