At 8:42 if you look to your left there is a ladder. I always wanted to see what was up it but I die trying to grab it.

1:37 the keycard is in the vents underwater.
2:40 in that level on top of that planck logo theres a burrito.
in the train ride, on a bridge theres a sign that says "green bean"
on the train ride behind one of the seats theres a secret button and if you push it it opens the doors.

It is a reference to Dusk, a retro styled first person shooter. I would highly recommend Dusk if you enjoyed Vertigo.
