When I was in high school I went to a gynecologist for ovarian cysts and the gyno was one of the main doctors for the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders. Nice lady considering she was inserting a weird camera into my water-bloated bladder causing one of the worst pains I’d experience next to IUD implantation. 😅

For a lot of these girls it's not about the money, it's about the EXPERIENCE. Also many of these girls see joining the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders as a way of getting their foot into the door in terms of the entertainment industry. Lots of these girls want to get into things such as acting, singing, television hosting, reality television and they believe that joining DCC will give them those opportunities. We have a prime example right here in this video with Jill Marie Jones. Jill Marie Jones only cheered for 2 years and eventually went into acting.
i saw this a couple of times the giirls are beautiful work hard dancing great for them and when it is the dream of someone why not. the darkside. if you are not perfect beiing to fat etc. what a hard world. not everyhody looks like this girls i dont but when you look different it is fine to. but i wish them well.
Beyond disgusted at their wage of $15 per game. They still have to pay upkeep for their appearance. I thought they would be paid at least $50 - 60,000 per year as they have a specialized skill set, have to look flawless and they are ambassadors for the Dallas Cowboys. The DC make over a billion dollars a year.

Well it was the 90s, everyone had hair and poms like that in the NFL. But the shorts were much flattering though.

If I was the owner I would certainly upgrade their pay. They have never received much in their whole existence. $15 per game lasted a long time.
