    I am a USCCA certified instructor. and he's right. there are no passes. You have to take a test of the coarse material taught, give a class on subject matter, operate and conduct a range as an RSO, Coach a peer in shooting, and also score 80 % hits on a 9-inch target up to 15 meters. like I said it's not a pass.     Not unless the CA DOJ-allows the NRA/ USCCA Instructors to be allowed to teach CCW classes.
    Also what insurance do you need for USCCA Instructors. As an NRA Cert Instructor we needed the BS Instructor plus.

      I’m an NRA Instructor and you can get whatever insurance you want. I use a a local broker to carry $3m policy
