DIY subway tile backsplash 25sq ft. Thought I was ready to grout until I noticed one of the tiles was much darker than the others. I thought it was the light but it turns out I accidentally grabbed one of the other samples we were considering for the wall. Found your YT video and problem solved. Thanks for the help.
Fantastic! I goofed on one tile during my soap tray installation and ended up with one cracked tile right in the middle of the shower wall. I followed your instruction to remove and replace the cracked tile. Thanks for the how to!

Nah this guy did it right. Even though I drilled holes, I hit the tiles too head on and ended up cracking the concrete Hardie backer behind it. Now I am screwed.

drilling holes? 5 lb mini sledge on the center of the tile...chip away the leftovers, glue new tile in place...fuck the "scoring holes and drilling"

In a perfect world the tile would come off and the thinset will not mess up the cement board,in the real one this is much more of a pain in the ass
