With this device you can achieve up to 2,70,000 capsules per day. Different creative design of augers provided for filling wide variety of powders. We are having two models in Semi Automatic Capsule Filler Machine. One is ASCF 25 model which is having 480 holes for Size 0 capsules and another is ASCF 35 mode which is having 600 holes for size 0 capsules.
Encapsulaton Machine comply with GMP reuirements. We can provide line equipments naming Capsule Conveying System, Capsule Polishing Machine, Dust Extractor, Damage Capsule Sorter and Empty Capsule Ejector to make complete Semi-Automatic Capsule Filling Line.
