Machine uses for freeze drying injectable products in which half rubber stoppering requires for lypholization. Vial Filling Machine having specially designed Rubber Stoppering Unit for smooth & effective half stoppering operations. Vial Filling Machine having inbuilt turn table for bulk loading of vials. Machine suspended class 100 Laminar Air Flow Unit fitted onto machine for GMP compliance. Fill volume in vial can be adjusted from HMI screen of the machine.
Vial Filling Machine having watson marlow make peristaltic pump head for accurate fill volume into each vial. Machine can be provided in Two head, four head, eight head, ten head and twelve head as per production output requirements. Our range of vial filling machine consist vial filling and rubber stoppering machine, motion vial filling machine, high speed vial filling machine and laboratory vial filling machine.
Vial Filler is having outfeed collection tray which can be customized as per customer's lypholizer tray size, so that customer can directly load vials in bulk to the lypholizer/freeze dryer.
