A suggestion if I may: Explain it to me as if I'm a golden retriever or a 10 year old. Start from beginning, A to Z. If you want people to purchase and enjoy the product, please make a better detailed video. If some of your viewers have already used it, that's great. But the point of the video would be to help those that have never used a ratchet strap and have bought your product or plan on buying your product. Not being a smart.. being honest, I've never used ratchet straps, I recently bought your product and I'd love to see a better video.
I’ve been doing this way for years… never slipped.. a guy I work with showed me and he feeds it a different way… it’s suppose to be the “correct”way but both ways work
The booklet shows a different way to thread the Ratchet than this video. It says to thread through the slota and then bring it over and back through! Although the photos in the booklet are dark. So now I'm confused.
