Another excellent teaching
@25:16 - the early church leaders were suffering from the same affliction which Moses suffered from.. which is, doing all of the work instead of distributing the work among the faithful. Christ himself said he was giving the responsibility to the 12. They were tasked with growing the church. As you can see, it is working. It is up to us, the faithful, to carry on this commission of taking the gospel to the ends of the Earth.
We cannot all do the same job, nor can we all do every job. We can try, sometimes we can succeed, but it is only because of the grace of the Lord that we succeed. Because through him all things are possible.
But if we truly work and we have the kingdom as our focus we will be led as the disciples were led in the same way as Moses, to delegate out the responsibilities of the church body. And to give the responsibilities to the appropriate body member.
