I'm pretty sure the lights always being on is a safety law somewhere, and that it can be changed via Tech 2.

Yet another reason to get tech 2! Thanks! Yeah even switching them to off the hid’s stay on. I was always a little curious about that. Thanks for the comment!

The lights are programmed to stay on its normal. If you connect a tech 2 then you can change that. I can shut mines off

Thanks for the video. Im actually in the garage now watching your video. Just changed the master cylinder. But a question... When I took off the master cylinder the pushrod inside the servo was loose. And I noticed its a fixed one without any possibility to adjustment. Was it like that on your car too?

My lights stay on all the time also and it bothers me that something is wrong

What about the clutch. You dont need to bleed that aswell?

Nope, didn’t have to this time. As long as you don’t press the clutch pedal with the master cylinder off it won’t suck in air. So when you fill the master up then you’re good. It just shares the reservoir with the brakes.

My lights stay on alll the time as well. It’s weird.

So did the pedal feel get better? I think i have to do this aswell. 330.000km/205.000miles on my car, when the car is off, it gets solid after 2/3 pumps and stays that way. But if the car is on, it will sink to the floor if you keep pushing on it. Looked easy, thought maybe it would involve some kind of abs bleeding aswell.

Also looking in the wis, it would be easier to remove the coolent reservoar to get better access. :)

@@oscarmathia6112 yo! yeah no more squealing as well as great pedal feel. No odd bleeding required, just bled the brakes like any other car. Thing stops on a dime now 👍

I may need to do this but I'm not 100%. Every now and then I have to press the pedal all the way to the floor to stop. Do you think this may be what I need or do you think a simple bleed would possibly work? Thanks in advance! Cool video, btw.

Hey thanks! I would definitely replace the master cylinder immediately if it goes to the floor.
a bleed probably wont solve that.
