  • In this video, I will be showing how to make kalu dodol/thothal. Very famous in Sri Lanka, It's is time-consuming but worth the time you spend, So let me show you how to make this dodol step by step.
    Ingredients:
    1.2kg of palm sugar
    3 cup or 750 ML of water
    2 cup or 440 grams of redraw rice
    1kg of scrapped coconut
    salt 1/4 Tsp
    roasted mung beans 1/3 cup or 75 grams
    sago 1/3 cup or 60 grams
    cardamom powder 1 1/2 Tsp
    cashew nuts 1/3 cup or 55 grams
