Test Procedure:
• Client elevates arms in the scapular plane (30° anterior to frontal plane) to 90° with GH ER; examiner applies downward resistance.
Positive results:
• Weakness
Negative Results:
• No weakness
Implications of positive test result:
• Supraspinatus tendinopathy

LR+: 2.6 LR-: 0.30
