Complications or injuries related to a broken nose may include deviated septum, collection of blood, cartilage fracture. It can be a big of a deal. Does Amber Heard have any scar tissues, or any medical records/evidence that can prove she underwent nasal surgeries? I’m asking because most people who experience a nose injury seek emergency medical attention.
She said she did after her divorce with Johnny! And that’s like too late ‘cause it’ll be after 3-4 years. I mean she’s really taking us for some fools who’ll accept anything she throws on the table. Tf! Anyway team JD here. Also, she does coke and that can also lead to severe nose infections.

Been saying this for years. It’s exposed the biases against men, in particular, and the fact that people just refused to recognise that men can be victims of DV too. The presumption of innocence is not even considered, when it comes to being accused of DV. It’s a human, and legal right, that is NEVER offered.

It's insane to even attempt to say his career wasn't impacted by Amber's claims. To me it's a waste of time to attempt to prove it wasn't. Alot of actors and actresses are difficult. Look at Marline Brando for example. Known to be one of the hardest to work with but consistently got rolls. Same with Val Kilmer and Russell Crowe. To say his star dimmed is false. Like the expert already testified if the juice Is worth the squeeze then Hollywood will put up with it. Pirates 5 making 800 million, the juice is deff worth the squeeze. She simply has sour grapes as all the defense witnesses have. They all lived rent free in a penthouse, ex employees or employed by amber. To me the witnesses tht have nothing to gain speak the loudest. The cops, nurses, the security at the Columbia building an Ben King are all the most reliable. I do think Depp's personal security comes across more credible than heards friends and family

During that time in 2017, the producer Jerry Bruckheimer did come out to defend Depp's rumoured lateness saying that someone has been spreading lies about him and that even if he's late its understandable since he had difficulty getting around due to being hounded by fans and papparazi .. he even said that the next sequel cannot be without Depp, during that time. (obviously now he cannot hire Depp due to the court case, but that does not change the fact that the producer had no problem signing Depp despite his lateness)
If the famous producer already accepts Depp's lateness as a by product of his fame and the movie's success, obviously that cannot be the reason why Depp was not renewed for Pirates 6 ... it has to be some other reasons ...

I see a bitter agent who was fired, who thinks she was the reason for his success. So obviously, she will say his career suffered when he terminated her (which she did). She will not attribute it to AH's libel and defamation. But she is incorrect. He had at least 2 franchises lined up which were terminated after the op-ed came out.(Warner Bros, Disney)

Elaine's purposefully asking ridiculously broad questions, but phrased so as to give the appearance of a relevant answer when the same answer actually applies to literally anyone on Earth. I can't imagine such ludicrous attempts will achieve anything but make her look desperate to the jury.
Artistic temperament? Lateness, having to have things done a certain way without compromise, getting upset when artistic expression is limited, and so on. Nothing illegal or even unusual. Many of the greats and famous had these traits: Brando, Redford, Nicholson, Monroe, Robert Downing, Jr. et al.
If her nose had actually been broken there would have been obvious swelling and both eyes would also be blackened. It would take a minimum of 10 days of bruising, discoloration & swelling. No miracle make up bruise kit would ever be able to conceal a blow directly to the nose.
I've broken my nose 3 times and each time it happened I looked like a panda with really bad bruising, my nose was left permently deformed and mishapened. No way was Amber's nose 👃 broken.

She didn't own the agency. It wasn't her call to give or to not give Depp the money. Considering his situation at the time (professional and personal reputation) which made it harder and harder to get him bankable works, it was a wise financial decision by the agency to not give Depp the $20mill he asked. However, it's worth pointing out that they still had the decency to help him out in getting the loan from the bank when his own business manager weren't able to.
She sounds like a straight shooter who would tell Depp what he needed to hear. If I were a celeb, she's the kind of representation I would want to have, not some yes men.

Well, Jennifer Howell 's court declaration (dated July 26, 2020) (former employer and close friend of Whitney) says more than that. Whitney lived with her for a while so she would tell her things about AH/ Johnny. About the "Staircase incident" where Amber claims Johnny pushed Whitney so that she almost fell down the stairs -- Howell's document states the contrary. She states that Whitney told her that Amber was assaulting Johnny and that Whitney was afraid "Amber was going to kill Johnny". Whitney tried to intervene, so Amber nearly knocked her down the stairs.
---- Also, Howell states that she overheard Whitney in the office during the time AH/ Johnny were in Australia. She states that Whitney "loudly proclaimed, 'Oh my god, she has done it now. She has cut off his f--ing finger." Amber testified he severed his own finger by smashing a wall phone, although there is also audio of her taking responsibility for it with Dr. Kipper and nurse. She lied.

The jury aren't idiots. They're taught to detect bias and take it into consideration. So while her testimony has value they will still double check her biases.

It’s devastating testimony for JD’s case. JD is suing Heard for defamation over her article from Dec2018 stating that was the reason he became blacklisted for movie roles. This woman’s testimony (who was his manager) is saying he lost work due to his own behaviour (drinking/drugs and lateness on-set) and no one wanting to work with him.
@@jcr-studios I don’t think it’s that damning. The reality is that there are many stars that are ‘difficult’ to work with but if their name brings in the money, people will be happy to work with them. That being said a lot of JD’s movies have been flops over the years. I think he’s career was slowing down but Amber’s slander escalated it a lot so I still think this doesn’t hurt him so much.

If anything Amber Heard's star has plummeted after this case and JD is back on top. He will be in full demand again for big budget roles. He can just sell property and bounce back make a couple movies and he's fine. She probably could have divorced him amicably and been way better off. Oh well....

It appears, without scrutiny, to be a bad testimony for JD. Consider that JD's reputation wasn't so damaged to the average movie goer as she claims (before AH). How many people would have turned out for pirates 6? How many people would have liked seeing JD in fantastic beasts? People love Tim Burton movies, love when a new one is announced and JD's name is nearly synonymous at this point with Tim Burton. How many people are going to stray away from pirates 6 because of no JD? It's pretty much guranteed to flop without JD. Pirates 5 made around 500 mil. So it's become about a half a billion dollar franchise and without Johnny it's likely to be dead before it is made. Even if her testimony is true she's still painting the wrong picture and likely knowingly doing so. Saying his career slowed (like it does for nearly everyone as they age) is not the same as saying one of the most prolific actors in the history of acting was basically blacklisted, which is kinda what is inferred, is simply insincere. His presence could still pull 10's of millions if not 100's of millions into a high profile project. Hardly a dead career. As long as one of the jurors has been watching movies since the 90's and is realistic then this testimony seems more biased than objective and doesn't cast JD in as nearly a bad light as some people seem to think.

Mot of the jury is in their 20's and 30's, so they haven't been watching movies for very long lol. But I agree with your general point. JD was still massively popular in the general public, and I think his popularity has only increased throughout this trial. He is now fighting against false allegations, domestic violence and defamation of character and then get his life back, his power, his peace, his career, his reputation, happiness back together. I hope he finds someone who is as loving, gentle, non abusive, as respectful as he is in person and gets his life together. Eventhough,He doesnt take drug now, he is clean/ sober but I hope he remains clean forever because drug addiction disease is not just physical but mental suffering as well, so it's too hard to quit. Ruined his life in so many ways. I still can’t stand to look at my ex wife after 25 years. It’s not a hatred thing at all, it’s like a horror or a repulsion. Also, he’s clearly extremely uncomfortable, self conscious, awkward, embarrassed, tense etc. obviously. With occasional moments so surreal that the tension breaks into actual laughter.

It’s a sad fact that it’s very painful & almost impossible to look closely at a person to whom you gave everything you had to give, unconditionally, had deep feelings for & opened your heart, opened up your life to & they ultimately behave disgracefully. Lie, cheat, deceive, connive, unfaithful, steal etc. etc. I’ve had it happen a couple of times sadly & I think that it often comes down to not being able to save these people who were maybe badly damaged at a young age & maybe never taught to love themselves? “Eyes are the window to the soul” & for us to look into all of that darkness & confusion is too much for us to deal with. Not being able to look at all of that is very much a self-defence mechanism I think to protect ourselves when we’re so beat up & vulnerable. That’s certainly how it’s been for me.

I think he knows whatever happens will happen. I think he knows defamation cases are hard to win. I believe this case is more about exposing her and clearing his name than the money, and he's accomplished that. He may lose in the court of law, but he's won in the court of public opinion, and public opinion is what affects the decisions in Hollywood.
