The latest Win 11.5 update seems to have disabled "New Folder" from File Explorer. It still works only if i "Save As" from an Office program. Does app enable me to activate that feature from File Explorer?

Virtualization is disabled in my pc can the program enable it?

Not with Vivetool but you probably need to enable virtualization in your computer bios so that the option works in Windows. See this: support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/enable-virtualization-on-windows-11-pcs-c5578302-6e43-4b4b-a449-8ced115f58e1

Is there a way to activate the following:
1) The ability to move the task bar from the bottom to the top & sides of the screen with Vivetool in Windows 11?
2) Is there a way to enable the fully expanded right-click mouse menu with Vivetool?

I don't see any feature ID for either of those solutions. You might want to check out this video: czcams.com/video/eeKLzxxxJ0w/video.html. I show how you can get the right-click menu back as well as some other Windows 10 options.

I cannot receive actualizations from Windows, I can't open the notifications bar
I don't know how to restore my antivirus or where to downloade it
Also I can't restart from new my PC

Have you tried googling "Windows 10 defender missing"?
