Gatekeeper INTERIOR fits the ELEMENT ECTO (with a bit of trimming!) and boy does it look AWESOME!

Welcome to a new series looking at the Enduro #Ecto. A "Comp" inspired, ready to run trail truck from #ElementRC.
This time we are installing the interior from the Element Gatekeeper, with a little bit of fettling, to improve the scale looks of the truck. If you are looking to use your Ecto in competition this will gain you scale points without adding much weight.
NB: I have not yet been able to create the cutting template, but as soon as I do I will upload it and link to it from here.

Nice one, I think it really finishes the look off. The window nets are 3d printed and glued on, but I've not published the design as I can't find the files any more 😣. There are some generic ones on Thingiverse already I think, or you can buy sheets of it from Amazon and RC shops I think. 🤙

I plan to spray some plasti-coat in and on that ecto body. I agree it needs it. I managed to rig up a kinetic winch with some elastis shoe laces and a old Mini-Z wheel for about $5.
Do you know anyone who wants to buy a gatekeeper cage without the interior?

Thanks, I'm pretty happy how it turned out. The black is just the same Tamiya lexan paint that I used on the inside to bring the yellow down a bit. Simple job. Thanks for watching 🤙

Did you just paint the front of the Ecto black around the grill and over the radiator cap?
Or is that a 3D printed piece?

Hi Rod, just painted on the outside. Had to mask off the grill sticker as it would have damaged it to try and remove it.
