  • My Honda H’ness CB350 had an issue after first service, went for a short trip on a hilly area, almost 5km rode the bike using 1st and 2nd gear, after that trip the oil is leaking from the engine and I brought the bike to the service centre, they said the oil is leaking from the gear shaft, they changed the oil seal ring , now the problem is resolved..

    Hi vinu paul ! Thanks for the video, I faced the oil leakage problem after 1st service & got it rectified 2 days back but again I see few oil drops leaking & messing my floor.. Big wingers are highly uneducated ppl they dont even respond properly when called again....Pathetic service by big wing dehradun...
    Acc to u what else is the fault? shd I visit the big wing again( 120 Kms from my house) or should I wait and get the thing repaired by local mechanic??

      Ohh Brother Service centre is too far from your home, in that case you should go to a good nearby mechanic , it will take maximum 5 minutes to rectify that problem if that gear shat seal is available there..

    I visited the service centre today in Patparganj, Delhi. After inspection, They charged me Rs.160/-(Rs-10 for rubber seal ring and Rs-150 installation charge).Strange, when other service center's are not charging then why Patparganj service centre is charging. Honda should clarify clearly to their service centers.

    Hi, I have just purchased the bike last week and observed the oil leakage around same area, hope it's same problem as yours. I am going to visit the service canter tomorrow. Did they charge you for changing oil seal ring?

    and during the replacement or oil seal we need to remove engine oil??

    • @vinpa9418
      @vinpa9418  Před 3 lety

      I think you better go to a nearby mechanic, no need to change the oil, just top up little oil if the engine lost lots of oil.
